We collect information that you provide to us directly when creating an account or a consultant profile.
- For Users: Email address and profile information provided by Google Authentication (such as your name and profile picture URL).
- For Consultants: Full name, professional title, bio, language preferences, services offered, free duration availability, and external contact handles (WhatsApp, phone number, website link, social profiles).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To construct and display public consultant directory profiles.
- To enable search matching based on services, languages, and availability.
- To authorize logins securely via Google OAuth.
- To optimize website performance and monitor analytics (profile views and contact button clicks).
3. Data Sharing & Public Visibility
Please note that freeconsultation.online is a public directory. Any professional contact information, bio details, and photos you add to your consultant profile will be publicly visible to any visitor on the internet. We do not sell or lease your personal login credentials or private data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Hosting
- Supabase Auth & Database: User accounts and profiles are securely stored in our Supabase instance.
- FreeImage.Host: Profile photos uploaded by consultants are hosted externally on freeimage.host using their API.
- Google OAuth: Login authentication is handled securely by Google. We only receive your verified email and name.
5. Your Data Rights
You can update or edit your profile details at any time from your Consultant Dashboard. If you wish to delete your account and remove your profile completely from our database, please contact our support team at support@freeconsultation.online.
